About OptiFyne
OptiFyne helps enterprises, government departments and regulated organisations design, modernise, integrate and support business-critical systems using Microsoft Power Platform, Nintex K2 and specialist automation expertise.
Who We Are
OptiFyne is a UK-based specialist consultancy focused on enterprise automation, workflow modernisation and systems integration. We work with organisations where reliability, governance and security are not optional - government departments, financial services, healthcare, energy and other regulated industries.
We are not a generalist digital agency that treats automation as one of many services. Our expertise is specific: Microsoft Power Platform, Nintex K2, business process automation and the integration challenges that arise when connecting these platforms to established enterprise systems.
We believe that complex systems do not always need replacing. Sometimes the right answer is to stabilise, integrate and improve what you already have. When modernisation is the right path, we help you do it incrementally - reducing risk and maintaining operational continuity.

What Drives Us
We focus on what we do well - Power Platform, K2, automation and integration - rather than claiming expertise in everything.
Recommendations are based on technical assessment, not assumptions about what you need or what will work.
Business-critical systems cannot be switched off and rebuilt. We work incrementally to maintain operational continuity.
We are not tied to a single vendor. Our recommendations are based on what fits your organisation, not commercial relationships.
We document what we build and transfer knowledge to your teams, rather than creating ongoing dependency.
Governance, security and compliance are designed in from the start, not bolted on as an afterthought.
Security & Assurance
OptiFyne Ltd is certified to Cyber Essentials, the UK government-backed scheme that assesses an organisation's controls against the most common cyber security threats.
Certification applies to OptiFyne's own organisation. It reflects our internal security posture - it is not a guarantee about any individual client system or delivered solution.
How We Work
We start with discovery - understanding your current environment, the challenges you face and the constraints you operate within. We do not arrive with a predetermined solution and look for a problem to fit it.
Our delivery approach is phased and incremental. We prioritise understanding dependencies and risks before making changes, and we maintain rollback capability at each stage. Business-critical workflows stay operational throughout.
We transfer knowledge and documentation to your teams. The goal is to leave your organisation better equipped to maintain and extend what we have built - not to create ongoing dependency on external consultancy.
Whether you're modernising legacy workflows, extending Microsoft Power Platform or improving enterprise automation, speak to OptiFyne about your requirements.
